San Francisco-based
SynapseFi, a developer of APIs and other tools for connecting into banking services, formally announced its Series A funding this week, nine months after the funding round was closed. SynapseFi said it raised a $17M Series A was led by Trinity Ventures and Core Innovation Capital, along with others. Sankaet Pathak, the CEO and co-founder of SynapseFi, said the late announcement was because "we never really got around to announcing it, so I am doing it now."
