Nanolab Buys FIB Lab

Milpitas-based Nanolab Technologies has acquired FIB Lab, a developer of semiconductor failure analysis technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Nanolab said it will acquire all of the equipment assets of FIB Lab, and also hire several of FIB Lab's employees.
