    Thoma Bravo Buys Crossbeam Systems
    Private equity firm Thoma Bravo, which has offices in both San Francisco and Chicago, said this morning that it has acquired Crossbeam Systems, a developer of network security products.     Appcelerator Buys Nodeable
    Mountain View-based Appcelerator said earlier this week that it has acquired Nodeable, which develops software for real-time processing of data for big data applications.     Appro Acquired By Cray
    Milpitas-based Appro International, a developer of clustered, high performance computing (HPC) systems, has been acquired by supercomputer maker Cray. Cray said it will pay $25M in cash for Appro, and make the firm its new Cluster Solutions business. About 90 Appro employees join the company as part of the buy.
