    Sungevity Gains $125M More

    InternMatch Finds $1.2M
    San Francisco-based InternMatch, an online service which helps connect college students with employers, said Wednesday that it has raised $1.2M in a funding round. The round came from angels, including Dave McClure, Mitch Kapor, Vishal Makhijani, Matt Ocko, and Rudy Gadre. The firm is headed by Andrew Maguire.

    YouSendIt Buys Found Software
    Campbell-based YouSendIt, the developer of software which makes it easier for users to send large attachments and store files in the cloud, said Tuesday that it has acquired Found Software.     Zettaset Gets $10M
    Mountain View-based Zettaset, the developer of big data automation and cluster management software for Hadoop, said Tuesday that it has raised $10M in a Series B funding round.     Ayasdi Digs Up $10M For Big Data Discovery
    Palo Alto-based Ayasdi said today that it has raised $10.25M in a Series A funding, for its big data platform for helping organizations parse through their large and complex datasets. The funding was led by Khosla Ventures and FLOODGATE. The firm said its platform combines advanced mathematics, computer science, and visualization to find "breakthrough insights" in their data.     Wanderful Media Inks $5M
    Los Gatos-based Wanderful Media, a developer of software an products to help local news publishers to connect consumers with retail advertisers, has raised $5M in a funding, the company said today.     Redpoint Ventures Closes Fifth Fund, Worth $400M
    Menlo Park-based Redpoint Ventures said today that it has closed a new, $400M early stage venture capital fund, Redpoint V. The venture investor said the funding will go towards early stage investing.
