    Chuckwalla Acquired By NetX
    Campbell, California-based Chuckwalla (aka ASL Acquisition Inc.) has been acquired by Portland, Oregon-based NetXposure (NetX). Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Both companies develop digital asset management software. Chuckwalla was founded in 1992.

    Unity Technologies Adds Levchin, Sisco To Board Ahead of IPO Filing
    San Francisco-based videogame engine developer Unity has added Max Levchin and Robynne Sisco to the company's board, the company said on Thursday, as the company prepares for an IPO. Robynne Sisco is the CFO of WOrkday, and also has served at VMware.     PayPal Acquires Swift Financial
    San Jose-based PayPal said on Thursday that it has acquired Swift Financial, a provider of working capital to small businesses in the United States. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to PayPal it will use the buy to boost its PayPal Working Capital product. Swift Financial was headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.

    Coinbase Gets $100M In Series D
    San Francisco-based Coinbase, which operates an online exchange for digital currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin, has raised $100M in a Series D funding round. The funding was led by IVP, and also included Spark Capital, Greylock Partners, Battery Ventures, Section 32 and Draper Associates.
