CrowdStrike Sets IPO Pricing Range
Sunnyvale-based CrowdStrike, which develops artificial intelligence-based cybersecurity software, has set its IPO pricing range. The company said on Wednesday that it looking to sell 18,000,000 shares of its common stock at between $19.00 and $23.00 per share. The company has applied to list as CRWD on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The IPO could raise more than $479M for the company, valuing it well north of $4 billion.
