Nomadic Nabs $6M For Virtual Reality Entertainment Centers

San Rafael-based Nomadic, a developer of virtual reality entertainment content, which it offers via retail locations, has raised $6M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by Horizons Ventures, and also included Maveron, Presence Capital, Vulcan Capital, and Verus International. Nomadic is led by CEO Doug Griffin.
