opticAccess Acquired By Integra

Burlingame-based fiber network operator opticAccess has been acquired by Vancouver, Washington-based Integra Telecom, the two said today. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. opticAccess was advised by Bank Street Group LLC. opticAccess operates fiber networks in San Diego, Greater Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Fresno, Bakersfield, San Luis Obispo, San Francisco Bay Area, Modesto, Sacramento, Portland, and Seattle.
