Pulpo Media Acquired By Entravision
Berkeley-based Pulpo Media, which provides online advertising services focused on the Hispanic market, was acquired this week by Spanish language media company Entravision. The deal was worth $15M in an upfront payment, and $3M in contingent earn out. Pulpo Media's online advertising service is targeted at Hispanics in both the U.S. and Latin America. Pulpo Media was advised by Siemer & Associates in the deal.
