RealtyShares Adds $28M

San Francisco-based RealtyShares, which operates an online marketplace for real estate investors, has raised $28M in a Series C funding, the company said this week. The funding came from Cross Creek Advisors, Danhua Capital, Barry Sternlicht (Founder of Starwood Capital and Starwood Resorts) and Bow Capital, plus Union Square Ventures, General Catalyst Partners, and Menlo Ventures.
