Recurly Gets $12M For Recurring Billing

San Francisco-based Recurly said today that it has raised $12M in a Series B funding round, led by Devonshire Partners and Greycroft Partners. Prior investors Polaris Partners, e.ventures, Harrison Metal and Freestyle.vc also particpated. Recurly offers up a software-as-a-service for helping subscription businesses manage their recurring billing and handle back office functions. Shervin Ghaemmaghami of Devonshire Partners joins the company's board with the funding. Recurly is led by Dan Burkhart. More information »
