Relayware Gets $11M

Relayware, a developer of software to manage sales channels, which has an office in Redwood City, has raised $11M in a funding round. The funding round was led by Amadeus Capital partners, and also included Albion Ventures. Relayware has its headquarters in New Jersey. The company's software is used to automate sales channel partner programs and relationships.
