Scalyr Scores $20M For DevOps Log Management

San Mateo-based Scalyr, which develops cloud-based log management and server monitoring services, has raised $20M in its Series A funding round, the company said today. The funding was led by Shasta Ventures, and also included prior investors Bloomberg Beta, Susa Ventures and Heroic Ventures. Scalyr's CEO and founder is Steve Newman, whose last startup, Writely, was acquired by Google to form the core of Google Docs. More information »
