Serverless Scores $3M For Cloud App Scaling

San Francisco-based Serverless, which develops software used to help build web, mobile, and Internet-of-Things applications which automatically scale in the cloud, has raised $3M in a seed funding round. The funding came from Trinity Ventures. Austen Collins is Founder and CEO at Serverless. The company says its software uses event-driven compute services like the Amazon Web Services Lambda to deploy applications which can scale continuously--and allow owners only to be billed when processes are run.
