ServiceAide Takes $12M For IT Services Management

San Jose-based ServiceAide, a developer of IT services management (ITSM) software aimed at the small and medium-sized business market, raised $12M in a funding round, the company said Tuesday. The funding was worth $12M, and was led by Arrowroot Capital. The funding goes towards sales, marketing, and product development. ServiceAide's CEO is Wai Wong.
