Sixa Scores $3.5M, Launches Virtual Computing Service

San Francisco-based Sixa, which offers up an on-demand, cloud-based personal computer service aimed at designers, developers, and gamers, says it has raised $3.5M in a funding round, and launched its services. The company said it offers up six varieties of "virtual" computers for projects, which users can pay for "as-they-go". Sixa says its computing systems offer up low latency, licensed pre-installed software, and other features. The company was part of Y Combinator in 2016. More information »
