Skyroam Gets $24M For Wi-Fi Roaming

Skyroam, which operates a global Wi-Fi roaming network, and has U.S. headquarters in San Francisco, has raised $24M in a funding, the company disclosed this week. The funding was led by Lenovo Ventures, Yingchuan Zhixin, CBC Capital, GSR Ventures and Vickers Capital. Skyroam had announced the funding round in China earlier in July. Skyroam is led by Jing Liu; the company says its headquarters is in San Francisco, butthat it has its research and development operations in Shenzhen, China and an office in Beijing.
