Spoke Takes $28M In Two Funding Rounds

San Francisco-based Spoke, a developer of software used to manage support tickets for IT, office management, operations, human resources, facilities, and other departments in large corporations, said last week that it has raised a total of $28M in two rounds of funding. The startup, led by Jay Srinivasan, said it raised $8M in its Series A from Felicis Ventures, Webb Investment Network, Index Ventures, Spider Capital, Red Dog Capital, along with individuals. The Series B, worth $20M, was led by Greylock and also included Accel, Felicis Ventures, and Webb Investment Network. Spoke is still in "early access" mode to its services.
