BonitaSoft Lands $13M

Bonitasoft, a developer of business process management software, has added $13M more in a Series C funding, the firm said Thursday. The funding was led by the FSN PME (the French National Fund for Digital Society), and also included Ventech, Auriga Partners, and Serena Capital. The firm has its U.S. headquarters in San Francisco, but its main headquarters in France.
