PodTech Buys Geek TV

Menlo Park-based PodTech has officially announced its acquisition of Geek TV. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Geek Entertainment TV provides video blogs that cover topics like Web 2.0, AJAX, social software, and venture capital. PodTech is a company that provides podcasts covering Silicon Valley's technology industry, and is backed by USVP and Venrock. The acquisition was first reported by blog GigaOm.com last Wednesday.
