Levanta Lands $8M For Linux
San Mateo-based Levanta said today that it has closed on $8M in a funding round. Levanta, which develops Linux data center automation software, said that the funding came from vSpring Capital, Walden International, and Levensohn Venture Partners. The company said the funding will help it to further accelerate its move into Linux data center automation. All of the participating investors had previously participated in funding the firm.
