InsideView Wins Xactly

San Francisco-based InsideView, a provider of software to help sales efforts, said today that the firm's services have been selected by Xactly for its sales efforts. Xactly, a developer of sales performance management software, will use InsideView's Salesview software to enhance its demand generation and research process, the firm said. InsideView pulls information from online news sources and social media to help sales pros track their prospects. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. InsideView is backed by Emergence Capital Partners, Greenhouse Capital Partners and Rembrandt Venture Partners. Xactly is also venture backed, by Alloy Ventures, Bay Partners, Cheyenne Capital, Glynn Capital Management, Outlook Ventures, Rembrandt Venture Partners, and Spinner Asset Management.
