GameCrush Raises $705K
San Franciso-based GameCrush, the online service which connects lonely online gamers with attractive female gamers for online, one-on-one videogame sessions, has raised $705.5K in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. According to the filing, the round is part of an ongoing $858,000 fundraising effort by the company. No details on the funding have been announced by the firm. GameCrush launched its site in March, spurring so much demand for its service that the firm has reverted to an invite-only service. The firm brokers a "PlayDate" between online gamers and attractive females, who then can also chat via webcams. More information »
