Baynote Snags $13M
San Jose-based Baynote, which develops personalization software for enterprise web sites, said today that it has raised $13M in a Series C financing round. The round was led by SingTel Innov8, the venture capital arm of Asian communications firm SingTel Group. The round also included prior investors Hummer Winblad, Steamboat Ventures and JK&B Capital. The firm said that it has appointed Doug Merritt, formerly of SAP, as its CEO in conjunction with the round. Baynote now has raised more than $28M in funding. More information »
