Offermatic Lands $4.5M

Mountain View-based Offermatic, which operates a service which helps consumers save money on purchases, has raised $4.5M. The funding was led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and also included SV Angel (Ron Conway), Omar Hamoui (Admob), and un-named angels from Facebook and Mint.com. As part of the funding, Hamoui joins the company's board. Offermatic allows consumers to register their credit and debit cards to receive automatic discounts.
