Aarki, Founded by Mint.com Vets, Finds Series A

Sunnyvale-based Aarki, a firm developing mobile advertising software, said Thursday that it has raised a Series A round of funding. Size of the round was not disclosed. The round was led by Walden Venture Capital. Aarki's founders are Sid Bhatt, who was previously at Mint.com in business development, and Levon Budagyan, who was a Sr. Software Engineer at Mint.com. As part of the funding, Larry Marcus of Walden Venture Capital has joined the company's board of directors.
