PureWave Gets $5M
Santa Clara-based PureWave Networks, which develops 4G, wireless base stations, said today that it has raised $5M in a Series C funding round. Source of the funding was not disclosed, however, the firm said the round came from both new and existing investors. The firm said the funding will go towards development and commercialization of its small cell LTE base stations. PureWave last announced a funding round all the way back in 2008, from Allegis Capital, ATA Ventures, Benhamou Global Ventures, and Leapfrog Ventures. More information »
