Guavus Gets $9M More For Big Data Tools

In a funding that brings the firm's total raised to $87M, San Mateo-based Guavus said today that it has raised $9M more in a new funding round. The round came from Goldman Sachs and TransLink Capital. Guavus develops big data analytics software, focused on telecommunications carriers. The firm said the funding will go towards products, scaling, and acquisitions. Guavus uses Big Data to analyze network operations and other business operations. The firm is led by Anukool Lakhina.
