Insikt Raises $100M

San Francisco-based Insikt, an loan origination, investment and finance startup, said this week that it has brought its total raised to $100M, after a recent, Series B funding. The company said the Series B--worth $16M--was led by Revolution Ventures, and also included Firstmark Capital and Serengeti Asset Management, Jefferies and Atalaya Capital Management, along with angels Phil Purcell, Mark Troughton, Tom Villante, Pete Briger, Dan Carroll, Jason Fish, and Matt Coffin. Insikt said the funding includes more than $70M in credit facilities from Atalaya Capital Management, Capital One, Northeast Bank, and Silicon Valley Bank. Insikt says its lending platform lets accredited investors invest in consumer loan portfolios.
