Cisco Completes Lancope Buy

San Jose-based Cisco said right before the holidays that it has closed its acquisition of Lancope, in a deal worth $452.5M in cash and assumed equity awards. Lancope was based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Lancope beomes part of Cisco's Security Business Group. The deal had been announced back in October.
