BirdEye Lands $8M Funding For Customer Feedback Tools

Sunnyvale-based BirdEye, a developer of customer feedback tools for the enterprise, has raised $8M in a Series A funding, the company said today. The funding was led by Trinity Ventures, and also included Marc Benioff, Jerry Yang, Clara Shih, Gokul Rajaram, Kevin Weil, Ellen Levy, Rick Marini, Mark Goldstein, Michael Starzynski, Semil Shah, and Anjula Acharia-Bath. Birdeye was founded by Neeraj Gupta and Naveen Gupta.
