Rainforest QA Picks Up $12M

San Francisco-based Rainforest QA, a company which provides tools to help companies with their software quality assurance (QA) tasks, has raised $12M in a Series A funding. The funding was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, and also included Rincon Venture Partners, Industry Ventures, and Marc Benioff of Salesforce.com. BVP's Byron Deeter joins the company's board. Rainforest is led by Fred Stevens-Smith. The company originally was started in London, but moved to Silicon Valley to be part of YCombinator back in 2012.
