RackWare Gets $10M For Enterprise Cloud

Fremont, California-based RackWare, a developer of cloud management software which lets enterprises deploy their IT systems across both public and private clouds, has raised $10M in a Series B funding round. The funding was led by Signal Peak Ventures, and also included Kickstart Seed Fund and Osage Venture Partners. The company, led by Sash Sunkara, said it will use the funding for product development and to expand sales, marketing, partnerships and customer support teams. More information »
