FOSSA Finds $2.2M

San Francisco-based FOSSA, a developer of open source management and licensing software, said Thursday that it has raised $2.2M in a seed financing round. The funding was led by Bain Capital Ventures, and also included angels Marc Benioff (Salesforce), Steve Chen (YouTube), Jaan Tallinn (Skype), Amr Awadallah (Cloudera), as well as Justin Mateen (Tinder).
