Birst Acquisition By Infor Completes

San Francisco-based Birst, the developer of business intelligence (BI), analytics, and data visualization tools, is now officially part of Infor, Infor said this morning. The acquisition--reportedly worth around $100M--was originally announced on April 25th. Infor is based in New York. Birst was venture backed by Wellington Management Company LLP, Sequoia Capital, Hummer Winblad, DAG Ventures and Northgate Capital.
