SV Angel's Lee Resigns As Managing Partner

David Lee, who was Managing Partner of seed and angel investing fund SV Angel, has resigned, according to a memo leaked from the firm. The memo, which went out to the fund's Limited Partners, founders, and partners, said that Lee has decided to spend more time with his wife, children, and extended family in Los Angeles. Management of the firm returns to Ron and Topher Conway.
