ThinkHR Gets $12M For HR Compliance Help

Pleasanton-based ThinkHR, a provider of a cloud-based platform for helping companies ensure compliance with various human resources regulations, and helps companies with HR issues, has raised $12M in a funding round. The funding came from Kennet Partners. According to ThinkHR, the new funds goes towards product, technology, and market development. ThinkHR is led by Peter Yozzo. More information »
