Tigera Takes $13M For Cloud Security
San Francisco-based Tigera, a developer of open source, cloud security projects, said on Thursday that it has raised $13M in a Series A funding. The startup--which is behind the Calico, Canal, and Flannel open source projects--said the round led led by New Enterprise Associates, and also included Wing Venture Capital. NEA's Ron Bernal and Aaron Jacobson, as well as Wing's Peter Wagner join the company's board with the funding. Tigera's CEO is Andy Randall.
