Veradocs Finds $14M For Data Security Tools

Mountain View-based data security software developer Veradocs said this morning that it has raised $14M in a funding round. The funding was led by Battery Ventures, and also included Amplify Partners and angels. As part of the funding, Battery's Roger Lee joins the board. The company is led by Ajay Arora. The firm also said it has added Robin Daniels (former Head of Enterprise Marketing at Box) as its Chief Marketing Officer. More information »
