Visier Sees $45M For Business Analytics Software

San Jose, California and Vancouver, BC-based Visier, a developer of workforce management software, said today that it has raised $45M in a Series D funding round. The funding was led by Sorenson Capital, and also included Foundation Capital, Summit Partners, and Adams Street Partners. Visier says it develops a "people strategy platform" which lets enterprises understand what their workforce is thinking. The company is led by John Schwarz. Visier has now raised $94.5M in total.
