Wonolo Gets $13M For Marketplace For Hourly Workers
San Francisco-based Wonolo, which develops mobile apps which connect businesses and on-demand, hourly workers, has raised $13M in a Series B funding, the company said this week. The funding was led by Sequoia Capital, and also included PivotNorth Capital and Crunchfund, plus new investor Base10. The company says it has now raised $25M in total. Jess Lee, a partner at Sequoia, represents the fund on Wonolo's board. Yong Kim is CEO and co-founder at Wonolo. More information »
