XLR8R Acquired By BUZZMEDIA

San Francisco-based XLR8R, an online blog publishing site focused on music, style, and technology, has been acquired by online publisher BUZZMEDIA. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. BUZZMEDIA is venture backed by Anthem Ventures, Focus Ventures, Interscope, New Enterprise Associates, Redpoint Ventures, Sutter Hill Ventures, and Universal Music Group.
