Yahoo Buys Lexity

Mountain View-based Yahoo has acquired Lexity, a developer of automated advertising retargeting tools for e-commerce stores. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Lexity was backed by Spark Capital, True Ventures, and angel investors. The firm said it will continue to offer its products. Lexity was based in Mountain View.
