CloudMade Buys German Mapping Firm
Menlo Park-based CloudMade, a provider of location based application development tools, said Friday that it had acquired OneStepAhead, a German provider of navigation software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. CloudMade is venture backed by Greylock Partners, and recently raised $12.3M in a SEries B funding. CloudMade provider free toos and serviecs for creating location-enabled mobile applications for iPhone and Android.
