Yammer Officially Part Of Microsoft
San Francisco-based Hammer is now officially part of Microsoft, Microsoft said today, after all closing conditions were met in the deal. Microsoft paid $1.2 billion in cash for Yammer, which becomes part of the Microsoft Office Division.
