Netpulse Lands $15.6M For Smart Treadmills
San Francisco-basedNetpulse, a developer of entertainment systems which connect into exercise treadmills, said today that it has raised $15.6M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by August Capital, and also included Javelin Venture Partners, DFJ Frontier, and Parkview Ventures. David Marquardt of August will join the firm's board. Netpulse develops personalized, digital entertainment systems for treadmills, giving access to TV, music videos, music, interactive landscapes, social tools, and more to users.
