Netpulse Buys Virtual Active
San Francisco-based Netpulse is announcing today that it has acquired San Francisco-based Virtual Active, a developer of exercise focused virtual reality products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Netpulse said the entire team at Virtual Active joins the company. Netpulse offers up products which tie into exercise equipment in fitness centers. The firm is led by Bryan Arp. Virtual Active is known for its virtual scenery which puts cyclists and runners in the gym in a virtual tour of real world locations.
