Humin Acquired By Tinder

San Francisco-based Humin, which develops mobile contact management software and the social chat app Knock Knock, has been acquired by dating app developer Tinder. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Humin co-founder Ankur Jain has joined Tinder as VP of Product, and fellow co-founder David Wyler has become Tinder's VP of Partnerships. The two companies said they will continue to offer up Humin's mobile apps, for now.
