IPLocks Adds $4.4M To Series D
San Jose-based IPLocks has added $4.4M in funding to its Series D, in a round for its database security and compliance products. The firm said that the additional funding came from institutional and individual investors, as a result of over-subscription to its recently announced Series D funding. IPlocks develops database security solutions used for monitoring regulatory compliance. Investors in the firm were not disclosed.
