Cupertino-based Zend, developer of the popular open source PHP development language, has raised $20M. Zend said Monday that it has raised the Series D funding from Greylock Partners, which led the round, along with Azure Capital Partners, Index Ventures, Intel Capital, Platinum Venture Capital, SAP Ventures and Walden Israel Venture Capital, all existing investors. Moshe Mor of Greylock joins the firm's board of directors as part of the funding.
